Job Summary
KeystoneCare is looking for dedicated and compassionate Caregivers (CNA or Home Health Aids) to provide private duty care in the 19129 area code overnight. As a Caregiver you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their daily living activities and providing emotional support to help them maintain a fulfilling lifestyle in the comfort of their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and will be able to work with clients who may have varying needs including personal hygiene assistance companionship meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Schedule: 09:00 pm to 05:00 am

- Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living including personal hygiene dressing and grooming.
- Monitoring clients health and reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
- Preparing meals and assisting clients with eating.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Assisting with mobility and transportation including helping clients move between locations.
- Accompanying clients on outings and medical appointments as needed.
- Documenting care provided and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare-related role is preferred.
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
- Compassionate patient and enthusiastic attitude towards client care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proof of Influenza Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.
- Employees designated in a driver status traveling from site to site will be required to maintain a valid drivers license and auto insurance at all times.
- Available for work 09:00 pm to 05:00 am
