Campus-based leadership roles at Kairos typically include responsibility for coaching and developing teachers leading grade-level or content systems strengthening student culture and routines and executing the operational practices that protect high-quality instruction.Roles may include: Assistant Principal School-based Dean / Director and other school-based leadership opportunities (Middle School and High School).
