Job Summary
Mobile Service Technician Ford
Location: Pettus Ford De Soto (Mobile Service Role)
We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Technician to support our growing mobile service operations. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work independence and customer-facing service.
Requirements
Must be a State Safety Inspector
Must be able to complete Ford Mobile Technician certification level
Field Service Action (FSA) Certification required
or willingness to complete required Ford training
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic mechanical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining Ford standards
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Ford dealership experience
Experience with mobile or off-site service operations
Strong customer communication skills
