Description:
A growing company is seeking a proactive Social Media Manager / Sales Assistant to oversee digital marketing efforts while supporting the sales team. This role combines content creation online presence management and sales coordination to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company website using WordPress
- Create and post content across Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and Google
- Manage email marketing customer follow-ups and review requests
- Call clients to request reviews and manage the Google business page
- Track samples sent out and follow up on outstanding samples
- Support the sales team by coordinating between sales staff and ownership
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with WordPress and digital marketing tools highly preferred
- Background in social media management and content creation
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Sales support or customer follow-up experience preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Available to work 10:006:30 (MonThu) with shorter Fridays
