As the Area Sales Manager for Bavaria you arent just selling software; you are a strategic consultant for the digital transformation of the German construction industry. You will have the unique opportunity to manage a premier territory with a high density of innovative planning offices and fabricators acting as the face of our industry-leading Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect portfolios while enjoying the autonomy to drive the territory growth.
Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead the direct sales of Tekla Structures and Trimble Connect to key stakeholders including steel fabricators precast concrete plants and construction firms across Bavaria.
Consultative Negotiations: Lead high-level product demonstrations and complex contract negotiations tailoring BIM solutions to solve the unique structural challenges of your clients.
Strategic Territory Ownership: Manage your sales funnel with precision utilizing Salesforce to forecast growth and identify emerging market trends within the German-speaking AECO sector.
Network & Influence: Represent Trimble at major industry conferences and events building a robust network that positions you as a thought leader in 3D modeling and construction tech.
Proven Sales Track Record: Several years of experience in consulting-intensive sales of technical software or complex engineering solutions.
Communication Excellence: Native or near-native fluency in German with very good professional English skills.
Relationship Architect: Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: Proactive organizational skills and a commitment to data-driven sales through CRM documentation.
Deep knowledge of the Bavarian construction market and existing networks within local planning or steel fabrication offices.
Prior experience working with Salesforce or similar high-level CRM tools.
A strong technical understanding of BIM workflows or structural engineering.
Location: Bavaria Germany (Remote/Field-based)
Travel: Regular travel with your company car within the Bavaria region for on-site client meetings and industry events.
