Job Summary:
The Junior Technician will support daily technical and operational activities within a laboratory mechanical or manufacturing environment. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who have completed an internship or gained hands-on professional experience in a lab mechanical or production setting and are looking to build a technical career.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with routine laboratory mechanical or manufacturing operations
- Support setup operation and maintenance of equipment tools and instrumentation
- Perform basic testing measurements and data collection following established procedures
- Document test results production data and observations accurately
- Assist with troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues
- Follow safety protocols quality standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Support preventive maintenance and calibration activities
- Maintain clean organized and compliant work areas
- Collaborate with technicians engineers and production staff on daily tasks
- Assist with inventory tracking materials handling and equipment preparation
$20 - $25 an hour
