Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and safety-driven Post-Tension Stressing Technician to join the Dallas team. This hands-on role involves stressing and cutting post-tension tendons on active construction sites while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
This position includes local travel using a company-provided vehicle along with company-issued tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities

Stress and cut post-tension tendons per project specifications

Inspect maintain and troubleshoot stressing equipment

Follow work orders and on-site instructions accurately

Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies

Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment

Work collaboratively with supervisors crew members and clients

Maintain professionalism and high-quality service on job sites
Qualifications
-
Experience in construction (post-tension or concrete construction preferred)

Familiarity with post-tension systems and tools is a plus

Strong understanding of job-site safety standards

Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and various weather environments

Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required

Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally
Previous experience in post-tension stressing or concrete construction is preferred; however training is available for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
