DescriptionGeneral Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence receiving visitors arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings. Also generates reports handles multiple projects and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned)
- Read and analyze incoming memos submissions and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- Open sort and distribute incoming correspondence including faxes and email.
- File and retrieve corporate documents records and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies maintaining records management systems and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Coordinate and direct office services such as records and budget preparation personnel and housekeeping in order to aid executives.
- Prepare invoices reports memos letters financial statements and other documents using word processing spreadsheet database and/or presentation software.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers co-workers shift coordinators supervisors managers etc.
- Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company Clients and regulatory authorities.
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Language Skills:
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in the English language.
- Must also possess and utilize listening skills.
Math Skills:
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills:
- Employee must have experience working with Microsoft Office software applications including Outlook Excel and Word.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
General Company Requirements:
- Employee must comply with the Companys uniform and grooming standards and must wear his or her SIDA badge/Airport ID at all times.

Education:
College degree or similar work experience preferred.
Experience:
At least 1 year of administrative experience required.
Experience in working in fast paced role preferred.
Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
Overall:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal (if applicable) including successful completion of a background check and ten-year work history.
