Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
- Specialist individual contributor that works under limited supervision.
- Applies subject matter knowledge.
- Requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.
- Responsible for maintenance activities relating to equipment installation labor materials preparation and other related costs.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for planning plant office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.
- Conducts complex/sophisticated reviews and estimations including equipment installation labor materials preparation and other related costs.
- Defines criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.
- Leading and developing a team of facility technicians to carry out building maintenance repairs and enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Education Level Major/Field of Study or Equivalent
- Associates Degree ( 13 years)
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering
Experience/Background

- Minimum 1 year
- Preferred: 3 Years of facility engineering related work.
