Manufacturing Engineer Technician (MET) CNC Programmer/Machinist
Location: West Chester PA
Employment Type: Direct Hire Full Time
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Compensation: $32.00 $45.00 per hour OR $75000 $120000 annually (based on experience)
Shifts Available: 1st 2nd 3rd
HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer Technician (MET) CNC Programmer/Machinist to join one of our valued client partners. HireNow Staffing is acting as a direct placement partner for this advanced-level CNC engineering and programming leadership role.
Position Overview
This is a senior-level machining technical leadership role responsible for CNC process ownership programming setup development and machining cell performance. This position requires an expert-level machinist who can independently program set up troubleshoot and lead others within a precision machining environment.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

8 years of production machining experience
-
5 years of CNC programming experience
-
Advanced CAD/CAM programming proficiency
-
Expert blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge

Experience performing First Article Inspections (FAI)

Ability to create setup documentation SOPs and process controls

Proven leadership within a machining cell

Demonstrated ability to machine complex components independently
Candidates without deep programming and machining expertise will not be considered.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering technology or related field

Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience

Mastercam CamWorks SolidWorks CAM proficiency

PartMaker (Swiss concentration)

Mazatrol (Mazak concentration)

Experience supporting new product introduction
