Role Overview

• Identify inefficiencies map current-state processes facilitate root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures that improve quality cycle time and cost.
• Monitor key performance metrics analyze trends/variation and translate data into clear insights and recommended actions.
• Improve and scale dashboards trackers and workflow tools; automate manual reporting; ensure data integrity and clarity of definitions.
• Develop standard work documentation training and control plans to ensure process changes are adopted and maintained.
• Lead structured problem-solving sessions (e.g. process mapping prioritization review meetings) to align with internal teams and partners.
• Support TechOps daily operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college with at least 5 of experience in aviation industry is preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis (e.g. Excel SQL Python/R or similar) and building repeatable metrics
• Experience improving digital workflows and dashboards such as Salesforce and Spotfire
• Proven ability to establish productive working relationships in a cross-functional team environment
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
