Job Summary

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across all ecommerce platforms and warehouses.

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PLs and carriers.

Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies and returns.

Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and promotional activities.

Manage SKU creation updates and product categorization in inventory systems.

Collaborate with procurement customer service and fulfillment teams to ensure ontime order fulfillment.

Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify risks and opportunities.

Ensure compliance with inventory control standards and procedures.

Requirements

2 years of experience in inventory management logistics or supply chain (preferably in ecommerce).

Proficiency with inventory and order management systems (Shopify)

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset.

Familiarity with global shipping and import/export logistics.

Background in forecasting or demand planning.
