Job Summary
Provides critical care to seriously ill patients in a hospitals intensive care unit monitoring their vital signs administering medications performing complex procedures and responding rapidly to medical emergencies all while collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Staffing ICU 2:1 with the rare 3:1. We do float to ED to take holds and we will sometimes take medsurge patients 5:1
