Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the standards of professional nursing
  • Implements coordinates and delivers care to assigned patient population
  • Provides leadership and supervision to CNA/SNA LPN or other health care workers as assigned
  • Must be comfortable with: neonatal vents vapotherm or cpap neonatal IV lines TPN code blue etc.

Requirement description :
  • 3 years of Level III NICU experience - REQUIRED
  • Active IL License is required at time of submission - REQUIRED
  • Current documentation of Staffing Agencys IL Nurse Agency License (must include a copy with submission) - REQUIRED
  • COVID vaccination- required - NO DECLINATIONS WILL BE APPROVED **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
  • Resume with all facilities listed
  • Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
  • 2 supervisory references (completed within the last year)
  • Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
  • Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
  • Agency IL nursing license

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
  • NRP
  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
  • Illinois

ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : 1 Shift Every 3rd Weekend
