What Youll Do

Greet customers and serve as the liaison between customers and technicians
Schedule service appointments and manage vehicle flow
Accurately write repair orders and explain recommended services
Communicate timelines costs and service updates clearly
Work closely with technicians to relay customer concerns
Verify warranty and insurance information when applicable
Maintain strong CSI and repeat customer relationships

What Were Looking For

Prior Service Advisor experience required
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities at once
Experience with dealership service software preferred
