Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Collaborate with and manage team members taking ownership of team-level decisions.
- Provide technical solutions for the immediate team and cross-functional partners.
- Lead team meetings to review progress and address technical challenges.
- Develop strategies to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their technical skill development.
- Advise on high-impact initiatives across the systems development lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Salesforce CPQ: 8 9 years of experience; expert-level configuration and customization.
- Salesforce Cloud (Sales/Service): 6 7 years of experience.
- Salesforce Implementation: Proven experience in end-to-end CPQ implementations.
- Pricing & Quoting Processes: Expertise in configuring complex pricing models.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce APEX: 5 6 years of experience.
- Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist or related certifications.
- Sales Cloud Integration: Experience integrating CPQ with Sales Cloud environments.
