Required Experiences:

-Experience in structural analysis on off-highway and agriculture products
-Exposure to static linear non-linear simulations using all types of non-linearity
-Should be able to converge non-linear FE models
-Bolt Joint analysis
-Should be able to create FE methodology as per requirements
-Fundamentals of machine design and Strength of Materials should be known
-Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Responsible to review and discuss results with designers

Tool Knowledge:

Structural Analysis: Hypermesh HyperView optistruct/Abaqus
Fatigue Assessment: Any of the following tools TFAT FEMFAT nCode

Education:

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Mechanical
