The team are seeking a Quality Audit and Claims Specialist to play a vital role in supporting Omnias commitment to safe high-quality and accountable service delivery. All applications must be submitted through Omnias Employment Hero Jobs page - link can be found below.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile claims accurately and on time resolving discrepancies and managing billing and reporting deadlines.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue and maintain accurate records across internal systems.
- Liaise with funding bodies regarding compliance guidelines enquiries and wage subsidy payments.
- Oversee wage subsidy processing and ensure payments meet required timeframes.
- Conduct scheduled and spot audits to ensure contractual compliance quality and service standards are met.
- Lead service standards audits aligned with the 2025 Specialist Disability Employment Program and IEA recertification requirements.
- Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations and support post-audit improvements.
- Contribute to management reporting continuous improvement and a strong culture of compliance quality and risk management.
- Collaborate with leaders and teams to drive consistent high-quality service delivery.
About You
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation compliance and quality standards.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new digital systems.
- Well-organised with strong time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Qualifications in business administration risk safety or quality management are desirable.
- Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector is highly regarded.
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) required checks including Working With Children Police and NDIS Worker Screening plus a valid drivers licence.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
