About the Role
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for operational excellence and service delivery Compass Group is seeking a dedicated Cleaning & Accommodation Manager to oversee and enhance our accommodation and cleaning services on site.
About the Role
As the Cleaning & Accommodation Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning and accommodation operations ensuring high standards of service safety and compliance. Youll lead a diverse team manage budgets and supplies and drive continuous improvement across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accommodation and cleaning services to ensure consistent operational excellence
Establish and manage stock control systems orders and supply processes
Develop and maintain staff rosters to meet operational requirements
Respond to member enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Manage budgets ensuring operational efficiency and cost control
Ensure full compliance with health safety and hygiene standards
Prepare regular performance and operational reports
About You
Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial role within cleaning accommodation or facilities services
Diploma or degree in Facilities Management Hospitality Management Business Administration or similar (advantageous)
Certification in cleaning management or a related discipline (advantageous)
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning and accommodation
Proven leadership skills with a focus on accountability safety and continuous improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and solutions-focused with a passion for delivering quality service
Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (includes satisfactory Australian Federal Police check)
