We are searching for the best talent for a Transcend: Senior Manager Plan & Source Global Template Owner (GTO) Innovative Medicine (IM)! This hybrid position will be located in Titusville New Jersey (USA). Alternate hybrid locations may be considered at other Innovative Medicine Supply Chain hubs such as Zug Switzerland; Beerse Belgium; or Cork Ireland.
The Senior Manager is responsible for providing expertise within the functional space and will strive to enable and standardize core business capabilities and products to meet critical business process needs within functional areas. They will partner across the key stakeholder groups to gain a deep understanding of as-is business needs/capabilities benchmarking continuous improvement consistent process documentation and product deployment through the various programs. This individual must employ a refined multi-functional toolset of business expertise technical knowledge and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders and global process owners. The successful candidate will be able to engage and operate with program teams at an execution level as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive global functional core business capability standardization alignment and adoption and ensure no business disruption through program execution.
Accountable for Global Template design for functional ERP capabilities ensuring key business processes and capabilities are designed and deployed in an integrated and effective manner within program timelines and scope.
In collaboration with senior leaders ensure design aligns strategies and roadmaps; ensure ongoing integrity of global template.
Partner with global team of Supply Chain experts in design development maintenance and improvement of global business processes.
Support establishment and implementation of process design methodology and manage cross-program process interdependencies including relevant templates tools methodology controls cadence and risk mitigations.
Partner with program leads to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables.
Partner with data standards team and ensure data standards meet business capability needs.
Partner with business adoption team to ensure change management business readiness site readiness and training are delivered to meet business needs.
Develop and facilitate functional program presentations for senior-level IM stakeholders to advise on historical and future program status.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelors / University or equivalent degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required:
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
Business functional experience (i.e. Operations Supply Chain and/or Finance) working in a complex multi-ERP / system environment
Experience in operating or supporting large-scale ERP processes following transformation/implementation programs
Experience with business process design engineering or optimization
Experience designing developing implementing and managing operational technological processes within a global organization
Strong interpersonal relationship building and negotiating/influencing skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate at various levels including program teams / execution and senior leadership / strategic levels
People management and development experience (direct or indirect reports and internal/external partners) with the ability to lead without direct authority
Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments
Proven experience with large-scale SAP ERP replacement project(s)
Preferred:
Demonstrated experience and technical expertise with OMP (or equivalent planning system)
Pharmaceuticals Life Sciences or other regulated industry experience
Experience effectively leading and governing multi-functional decision-making bodies
Experience in deploying and/or improving standardized work processes tools and templates
OTHER:
Requires proficiency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively and professionally
Requires up to 25% domestic and international travel depending on work location and business needs
Requires the ability through our flexible work policy to work on-site a minimum of three days each week with the option for two remote workdays each week
