About the Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Asset Location this role you will play a crucial role in the effective management tracking and protection of assets within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to utilize your analytical skills and expertise to collect analyze and interpret data related to asset location movement and security measures. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including operations and strategic reporting to provide valuable insights and recommendations that contribute to optimizing asset utilization and enhancing overall asset security.

What Youll Do

• Gather relevant data from asset management systems GPS tracking tools security logs and operational databases.
• Clean organize and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze data to identify patterns trends and anomalies related to asset location and security.
• Develop and maintain asset tracking systems to monitor location movement and utilization of assets.
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical assets with data records and identify discrepancies.
• Evaluate existing asset security measures and identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and deliver reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of asset-related processes procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with operations finance procurement and security teams to support asset-related needs

Basic Qualifications

• Preferred educational background or 2 years prior experience with data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with asset tracking systems GPS technologies and security protocols.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry best practices related to asset management and security.

Location: Hopkins MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $53040 $70950 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individuals knowledge skills experience equity with other team members and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
