Job Description:
What You Will Do:
- Perform moderately complex and intricate inspection processes
- Follow effective guidance for nightly inspection goals
- Verify equipment meets quality specifications. Identifying defects in parts approving or rejecting items
- Complete inspection reports related paperwork and ensure all information is recorded accurately
- Responsible for maintaining the quality standards set forth by the company
- Identifying ongoing quality issues and prevent potential production issues and make suggestions for improvement
- Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements; encourage action assuring safe behavior; confront unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
- Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in ESP experience
- Experience in a manufacturing and/or quality environment preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Customer-first mindset
- Action-oriented for delivering results
- Able to complete required testing documentation
- Able to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work under general supervision and or little to no supervision
- Effectively present information and respond to questions
- Successful planning priority setting informing results and time management skills.
- Ability to interact politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate (read write and speak) in English
