Job Summary

Location: Malvern PA 19355

Job Title: IT Asset Management Contractor II

Duties: This role will focus on asset intake tracking reconciliation and general asset management support with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-based analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities
Track update and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy
Perform software licensing reconciliation identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution
Analyse and manage asset data using Excel (e.g. tracking reporting reconciliation)
Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed
Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs

Skills: Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in asset management (IT software or related asset tracking preferred)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas data analysis reconciliation)
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking
Familiarity with large enterprise or project-based asset environments
