The ideal candidate will have prior experience in receptionist and administrative duties and demonstrate a consistently professional demeanor when interacting with clients visitors and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and correspondence
- Schedule travel arrangements for out of town crews
- Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g. email word processing spreadsheets)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
