Job Summary

Conewago is currently seeking a reliable and professional Full-Time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in receptionist and administrative duties and demonstrate a consistently professional demeanor when interacting with clients visitors and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer screen and direct incoming phone calls
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and correspondence
  • Schedule travel arrangements for out of town crews
  • Maintain a clean organized and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with basic office software (e.g. email word processing spreadsheets)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
