Packer-Bags Machine Operator-Bags
Qualifications and requirements include:
Packer- Bags
- Fold and pack bags according to product standards track counts and record first/last bag numbers.
- Use MES to assign machines monitor production and stop lines if defects continue.
- Inspect and sort bags perform basic quality checks and manage sorting orders.
- Support material changes assist drivers cover breaks and keep the workstation clean and safe.
Machine Operator- Bags
- Follow all safety policies complete required training and maintain a clean organized work area.
- Operate and troubleshoot assembly equipment feeders loaders and label printers.
- Perform inspections maintain traceability logs and ensure product quality.
- Support team operations follow procedures (including lock-out/tag-out) and assist other departments as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Follow all safety policies complete required training and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Operate forklifts material handling equipment RF scanners and box machines to move stock and track materials.
- Maintain raw material and WIP areas support production flow and complete required logs and reports.
- Work with all departments to meet daily tasks back up team members and perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of material handling experience and forklift operation preferred.
