Position Role: Sabre Squadron Training Officer.
Duties:
Principal Regular/Reserve Training Officer within the Squadron Headquarters directly responsible to the Officer
Commanding.
Unit training lead; assist Officer Commanding produce and resources the annual Squadron Training Directive
which directs unit training teams on mandated individual and collective training.
Assists management and co-ordination of the Squadron Training Forecast of Events.
Responsible for selection and preparation of all Squadron personnel for both internal and external courses.
Additional duties to incl. Support with Coaching and Mentoring Instructors and Subalterns within Training environments Advise Officer Commanding of training requirements and legalities.
To carry any other duties as directed by the Officer Commanding.
