Role Definition:

As an Implementation Project Manager for the MineStar product family you wont just manage timelines - youll be at the forefront of transforming how mining operations leverage cutting-edge technology. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments understands the complexities of mining and is passionate about delivering real-world impact through innovation.

What you will do:

- Youll lead global deployments of Caterpillars MineStar technologiestools that are revolutionizing safety efficiency and productivity in mining.

- Youll work directly with customers and dealers becoming a trusted advisor who understands both the technical and operational sides of mining.

- Youll gain exposure to commercial processes like quoting and invoicing giving you a well-rounded view of project delivery from start to finish.

- Youll be part of a team that values continuous improvement and innovation with the opportunity to shape how MineStar technologies are implemented worldwide.

- Perform project management processes and development assignments with limited supervision; normally assigned all aspects of the systems project work.

- Provide leadership and be a coordinating point for all team members working on the deployment activities.

- Knowledgeable of the MineStar product and have an understanding of the steps required to set up the complete system to meet the commercial contract and site-specific needs to run their operation.

- Assist dealers and customers with documentation training and functional specifications.

Skills:

Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.

Consulting: Knowledge of techniques roles and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Basic requirements:

- Bachelors degree

- Pre Advanced English

- Intermediate Spanish

Additional information:

- This position requires up to 25% travel

Note: This position requires the candidate to work onsite five days a week.
