Mechanical technician will provide technical support assembly and disassembly of equipment perform operational tests and carry out maintenance on the equipment. Working repairing and modifying on-conforming equipment. Analyze and interpret data from environmental tests and troubleshoot equipment problems. Maintain equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance with HS&E policies and procedures.
As a Mechanical Technician you will be responsible for:
- Being responsible for the maintenance testing and equipment repair.
- Completing all required documentation on maintenance failure analysis and other requirements.
- Reading and interpret blueprints diagrams assembly prints and parts lists and follow formal procedures and maintenance practices.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a technical degree in a related field;
- Regular situation with the CFT or CREA;
- Experience at electro-mechanical function;
- Desirable knowledge of hydraulics pneumatics and diesel engines;
- Interpersonal skills to work well with colleagues and customers across all businesses and cultures;
- Be of an analytical mindset with an ability to resolve problems and identify solutions;
- Speak fluent Portuguese and desired English.
