The Lead Implementation Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of Aven Hospitality Products most complex and highimpact implementationswhile providing daytoday leadership and guidanceto a team of Implementation Managers.

This role combines handson ownership of strategic customer engagementswith people leadership and delivery oversight ensuring consistent execution standards strong consultative engagement and continuous improvement across the implementation function.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Own endtoend delivery of largescale multiworkstream or highrisk customer implementations

• Lead customer engagements with senior and executive stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor throughout delivery

• Ensure delivery execution aligns with internal standards methodologies and quality expectations

• Apply deep product and delivery expertise to guide customers toward scalable bestpractice solutions

• Clearly articulate tradeoffs and recommendations influencing customer decisions with confidence and credibility

• Provide functional leadershipto a group of Implementation Managers including coaching mentoring and delivery support

• Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency predictability and customer experience

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in software/SaaS implementations professional services or complex project/program management

• Demonstrated success leading large complex or enterpriselevel implementations

• Prior experience in a lead principal or teamlead capacityis strongly preferred

• Familiarity with hospitality products or hospitalityfocused implementations is a plus but not required

• Advanced project and program managementexpertise including multistream delivery and escalation management

• Strong consultative and advisory skills with the ability to influence outcomes at senior levels

• Proven people leadership skills including coaching feedback and delivery oversight
