We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lubricants Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Lubricants Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality lubricant products to a diverse customer base.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs preferences and competitors activities.
- Present and promote our lubricant products to customers highlighting their features benefits and competitive advantages.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate pricing terms and conditions with customers to secure profitable deals.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with customers distributors and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and support addressing customer inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and ensure customer retention.
Territory Management:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned territory including market trends customer profiles and potential growth areas.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to maximize productivity and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing supply chain and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective product delivery.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate sales records including customer interactions sales activities and pipeline updates using the companys CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and analysis for management providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and stay competitive.
Job Qualifications: Knowledge skills and experience:
- Bachelors Degree in business marketing engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Proven track record of success in lubricants sales or a similar field with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
- Self-motivated results-driven and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Technical knowledge of lubricants and related products is a plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Lubricants Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a Lubricants Sales Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of high-quality lubricant products to a diverse customer base.
