Principal Duties/Responsibilities
File Management: Adhere to RMS (Records Management System) taxonomy best practices including consistent folder structuring metadata tagging and document naming conventions.
Query Management: Colleague will be responsible for raising and tracking queries in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Effective communication and timely follow-ups will be vital to streamline the workflow.
Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and completeness of client information and documentation maintaining high standards of quality control.
Communication Skills: Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless workflow and compliance adherence.
