Job Description:

An experiencedAndroid SetTop Box (STB) System Software Leadto drive architecture development integration and optimization of Android-based system software for TV/OTT devices. The ideal candidate has expertise in Android internals embedded systems system bring-up performance tuning and leading crossfunctional engineering teams.

System Software Development

Drive customization and enhancement of Android platform components (AOSP).
Develop and optimize STB-specific modules such as:
- Android HAL (Graphics Audio Tuner DRM Connectivity)
- Middleware for playback CAS/DRM DVB/ATSC/ISDB layers
- System services for remote control UI/UX and performance
Experience in Android Rebasing components for security patches upgrading
Experience in the Android certifications including GCT Netflix Amazon.

Good understanding on STBs OTT Platform.
