あなたの役割
コマーシャルオペレーションズ部門に所属しサプライチェーンおよび関連業務におけるオペレーショナルエクセレンスシニアマネージャー相応の推進を担いますLeanなどの手法を活用し品質納期コスト在庫の最適化を図るとともに組織全体の業務改善をリードします
主な業務内容
組織全体における標準化された業務プロセスと重要な能力の展開統合を推進し戦略的目標と業務要件の整合性を確保
オペレーショナルエクセレンスの手法とツールの維持展開社内の専門家としての役割を担う
組織の成熟度を評価し改善領域を特定戦略を立案実行
複雑なサプライチェーン課題をLeanなどの手法で解決
新技術やツールの導入支援イノベーションの促進
クロスファンクショナルな業務改善プロジェクトの推進SCMに限らずコマーシャルビジネスプロセスも含む
トレーニング資料の作成チームメンバーの育成支援
KPIのモニタリングとプロセス最適化の機会の特定
シニアステークホルダーとの連携によるプロジェクトの合意形成
プロジェクト事例
新規製品の日本展開
海外で開発された医療機器の日本市場への導入に向け薬事物流営業マーケティングなど複数部門と連携プロジェクトマネジメントスキルを活かしステークホルダーとの合意形成スケジュール管理リスク対応を実施
サードパーティー品の最適化
外部ベンダーとの契約見直し在庫管理の効率化品質基準の統一などを含むプロジェクト購買品質管理SCM部門とのクロスファンクショナルな協業が求められ地理的に分散したチームとの調整も発生
購買プロセスの改善
グローバル基準に基づいた購買プロセスの標準化と自動化を推進LeanやKaizenの手法を活用し業務フローの可視化ボトルネックの特定改善施策の実行をリード
オフィス倉庫の最適化
拠点統合やレイアウト変更在庫配置の最適化などを含む施設改善プロジェクト施設管理SCMIT部門との連携が必要で複数ステークホルダーとの調整力が求められる

このポジションに求められる実務経験 :
PMP資格保有者
業界を問わずプロジェクトマネジメント経験
ネイティブレベルの日本語力
ビジネスレベルの英語力TOEIC 850点以上

クロスファンクショナルな協業スキル
変化する環境でのマネジメント育成スキル

Job title: SC OpEx Specialist
Your role:
Prioritizes and drive performance improvements that will have substantial impact on the business results and on delivering operational excellence to customers by challenging the status quo coaching and embedding a mindset of continuous improvement to achieve performance excellence.
Prioritise performance improvement and drive projects forward.
Contribute to the development and achievement of short and long term company objectives.
Driving a wide range of cross-functional business improvements within the company.
Improving and driving commercial business processes beyond SCM.
Support for the development of team members.
Project features:
Dynamic environment for the successful delivery of multiple large scale cross-functional End2End projects. (including international stakeholders).
Geographically dispersed and often cross-functional projects.
Many projects have a large number of stakeholders.
More Project Type initiatives than Operation Type initiatives.
Youre the right fit if:
PMP qualification.
Project management experience regardless of industry.
Native level Japanese language skills.
Business level English language skills (TOEIC 850 or above).
Capability to persistently gather and analyse facts including problem finding and resolution skills and tough negotiation.
Cross-functional collaboration skills.
Management/development skills in a changing environment.
Excellent analytical skills (both qualitative and quantitative) and logical thinking.
Nice to have requirements:
Works and project experience in the medical device industry.
Experience in Supply Chain operations and projects.
Experience and track record in LEAN.

就業時間9:00-17:30休憩時間原則として12:00-13:00
勤務形態ハイブリット週3日オフィス出社週2日までリモート勤務可能
休日毎週土曜日所定休日日曜日法定休日国民の祝日年末年始12月29日-1月4日
休暇初年度有給休暇最大20日間2年度5年度20日6年度以降25日付与CareLeave年間10日間Sick Leave年間最大30日間ほか
時間外労働あり
ただし管理職での採用の場合は残業代は支給対象外深夜勤務手当休日深夜勤務手当の支給はあり
給与基本給年収万円ご経験により考慮します

インセンティブは毎年3月に支給会社業績部門業績個人評価によって変動あり
年度途中入社者は対象期間中日割計算あり
