Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Associate Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day management of middle-market and large accounts. The successful candidate will assist with routine service activities renewal coordination and maintaining accurate policy and client records. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment contributing to client satisfaction and account retention.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $63000 - $68000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain account details contacts and policy information in EPIC.
- Summarize loss history and current programs including expiring exposures.
- Draft proposals stewardship reports and other presentations/reports for large and complex clients using templates and system-generated letters with guidance from senior team members.
- Create premium billing allocations and review carrier invoices.
- Coordinate and finalize policy and endorsement checks including reviewing coverages and identifying discrepancies.
- Manage audits and effectively resolve audit disputes.
- Document and process cancellations and non-renewals.
- Order loss runs generate proofs and review endorsements and audits as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance.
- State Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn and understand insurance coverage fundamentals.
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet expectations and solve problems effectively.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not mandatory.
