Marketing Apprentice - The Times

Your Role: In The Times and Sunday Times Marketing Communications team the apprentice will be working with a group of experienced marketeers across many different disciplines. The apprentice will rotate across different areas of the business starting in Times Travel and reporting into the Times Travel marketing manager. Beyond Times Travel the apprentice will work across Times Events Times Audio (Times Radio and podcast) as well as Times and Sunday Times subscription marketing.
During your time with us you will earn above living wage get full training study towards a Level 3qualification (with your course fees paid). You will also receive mentoring/coaching from the industrys best as well as any other equity you might need to fulfil your full potential.
Day to day you will:
There will be an array of different tasks that the apprentice will work across day to day these include:
Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assist with campaign set-up scheduling and coordination across teams
Help produce and update marketing materials presentations and internal documents
Support content creation for marketing channels including copy visuals and basic edits
Monitor and report on campaign performance helping to compile regular updates
Carry out audience and market research to support campaign planning and evaluation
Assist with managing campaign assets and ensuring correct usage across platforms
Help coordinate meetings take notes and follow up on actions
Work closely with colleagues across marketing editorial product and commercial teams
Support day-to-day administrative tasks that help campaigns run smoothly

Confidence working with data spreadsheets and presentations
Curiosity about news media and marketing
A proactive can-do approach and willingness to learn
