Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to promote company services
Present and explain services clearly to clients and highlight value propositions
Generate leads attract potential clients and onboard new clients
Handle end-to-end client communication via calls emails and follow-ups
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable service solutions
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain call logs client records and follow-up reports
Work towards achieving assigned sales and conversion targets
