Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement processes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Monitor project progress identify risks and recommend proactive solutions to mitigate delays.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate performance metrics and strategic insights.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations project coordination or a similar role.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
Local residency or valid work permit for DUBAI is required.

Required Skills:

Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 102 (Higher Secondary). Basic proficiency in computer (PC) operations. Valid third-party certification for Safe Gantry Crane and EOT Crane Operations issued by QE or Qatar Steel-HSE approved institutions in compliance with BS ISO 15513:2000 ISO 12480-1 and ISO 9926 standards. Ability to read write and speak English fluently. Minimum of 3years of hands-on experience in gantry crane or equivalent crane operations preferably within the steel industry.
