Senior Service Designer Remote (Canada)
We are seeking Senior Service Designers to join a digital transformation initiative focused on creating efficient user-centric services. You will work in cross-functional teams to review design and improve services using human-centred design agile methods and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field research co-design workshops and prototype testing
Develop user stories journey maps service blueprints and process maps
Analyze user and employee experiences across multiple channels (web mobile in-person print social media phone)
Recommend process policy and operational improvements to enhance service delivery
Collaborate with teams to prioritize features refine backlogs and support sprint planning
Conduct usability testing iterative delivery and performance measurement
Document service strategies roadmaps and performance metrics
Requirements
Proven experience in human-centred design service design or UX for digital services
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM/Hybrid)
Hands-on experience with prototyping co-design workshops journey mapping and usability testing
Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to analyze complex processes and design scalable user-focused solutions
Required Skills:
Proven experience in human-centred design service design or UX for digital services Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (SCRUM/Hybrid) Hands-on experience with prototyping co-design workshops journey mapping and usability testing Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to analyze complex processes and design scalable user-focused solutions
