Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Designer to lead the design and implementation of enterprise hosting and application solutions aligned with business requirements architectural standards and best practices. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM along with strong business analysis solution design and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
This is a mission-critical role supporting complex large-scale enterprise systems within a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities-
Design enterprise technology solutions based on client service specifications standards and best practices

Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional solution designs

Develop:

Business Design Documents
-
Functional Design Documents
-
Application flows and process diagrams
-
Wireframes and screen mockups
-

Lead solution architecture activities across Siebel and Adobe AEM platforms
-
Develop high-level and detailed process flows mapping business processes to system views
-
Conduct user research usability testing and persona development
-
Design accessible solutions aligned with WCAG/AODA standards
-
Create test strategies UAT plans QA documentation and test cases
-
Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
-
Collaborate with business and technical teams to bridge requirements and implementation
-
Participate in change management and large-scale system implementation initiatives
-
Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements
-
Develop and maintain business architecture artifacts
-
7 years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM
-
Experience developing:

Business design documents
-
Functional & non-functional requirements
-
High-level application flows
-
Functional design documentation

Experience creating:

Wireframes and high-fidelity mockups (Figma or Adobe XD)

Process flows and screen flows

CRUD matrices

Use cases and business rules

Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG/AODA)

Experience conducting user research and usability testing

Experience creating QA plans and writing test cases

Experience analyzing system performance and capacity

7 years of Siebel and Adobe AEM implementation experience

Experience with:

Rational Unified Process (RUP)

Change management methodologies
