Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media
Create engaging content for social media platforms (posts captions short videos graphics).
Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting engagement and community
management.
Support basic graphic design needs using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

2. Marketing Execution & Support
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns promotions and brand initiatives.
Assist in executing activations in-store promotions and on-ground marketing activities.
Support product promotions and sales-driven marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

3. Digital & Online Marketing
Assist in managing online marketing platforms including social media pages and website updates.
Support digital advertising initiatives where applicable.
Track basic engagement metrics and prepare simple performance updates.

4. Creative Support & Pitching
Assist in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
Support pitching of creative ideas for campaigns promotions and brand activities.
Work with external vendors (printers designers influencers) as required.

5. Market Support & Insights
Collect market feedback from customers and sales teams.
Monitor competitor activities and report basic insights.
Support reporting on campaign activities and outcomes.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Marketing Digital Media or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing graphic design or related fields is an added advantage.
Minimum of 23 years of experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
Proven experience managing digital campaigns and creating high-quality graphic content.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Ads Meta Ads Manager and email
marketing platforms.
Familiarity with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
Excellent understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and improve campaign performance.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Fluency in English and Swahili is required
