Job Summary

Custodial Technician - Part-Time - Evenings

This is a 4 hour shift Monday - Friday within the Custodial hours of 2 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Assists in maintaining Reno County owned buildings by keeping them neat and clean and by being observant recording items needing repair by the maintenance technicians. Part-time crew members acts in a supportive role to the full-time crew and may or may not include all essential duties below depending on departmental needs and current job assignments.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
Minimum 1-year previous experience desired.
Shall be a US citizen or Non-US citizen that must be able to perform the work in or for the United States.
Shall be at least 18 years of age.
Shall be screened for a record of criminal activity and criminal history using a named-based record check before employment is offered or before job duties are assigned that might expose them to KCJIS-sensitive information.
Shall be screened for a record of criminal activity and criminal history using a fingerprint-based check within 30 days after initial employment or assignment and before unconditional employment is offered.

Certifications / Licenses:

Must possess and maintain a valid Kansas drivers license.
