• Work alongside a Lead Technician on residential and commercial properties
• Perform power washing and soft washing to top-tier standards
• Safely operate professional-grade equipment and tools
• Drive and operate a 16-ft box truck to and from job sites
• Follow job checklists and safety procedures (training provided)
• Protect customer property and maintain a professional presence
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles and equipment
• Use mobile technology for job documentation and reporting

• $18 $22/hr performance bonuses

• No prior power washing experience required
• Home services experience is a plus (pressure washing window cleaning landscaping maintenance etc.)
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a 16-ft box truck (training provided if needed)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
• Comfortable working at heights using ladders (training provided)
• Reliable safety-minded and able to follow instructions
• Must pass background check
• Comfortable working at heights with ladders; willing to be trained on lifts and boom equipment
