About the role
The Coordinator InfoMinewill beresponsible to maintain and improve the data integrity of the Thiess Production systems and associated applications
In this role you will:
- Maintain and improve the data integrity of the Thiess Production systems and associated applications
- Monitor progress of tasks to meet business priorities
- Accurate and timely entry of data
- Produce monthly and AdHoc reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Promote adherence to infoMINE processs by project personnel
- Identify areas where site personnel may require further training
- Provide preliminary systems support and informal training to project personnel
- Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as required
- Review system data and processes and make recommendations on system improvements
- Ensure review activities are undertaken by site personnel per infoMINE requirements
- Review reporting for inaccuracies and rectify
- Provide analysis and commentary with reporting when required
- Produce and maintain site specific system documentation procedures and user training
- Compile progress reports as required
- Complete timesheets and performance documentation as required
- Update or modify daily task list as required
About you
- Bachelor degree from Business Administration/Information Technology/ Engineering fields preferred
- Efficient use of software
- Customer Service experience
- Exposure to IT/Finance/Engineering
- Mining industry exposure is beneficial
- Communication Skills in English is a must
- Excel knowledge (Intermediate to Advance)
- Working knowledge of common desktop software including MS Office Outlook and SharePoint
- Database knowledge
