About the role

This role is responsible for developing managing and prioritizing requirement specifications to support the implementation of digital form solutions such as Nintex Obzevr and other low-code/no-code software products. The role ensures alignment with the companys process automation initiatives and digital transformation strategy.

In this role you will:

• Develop and manage requirement specifications to support digital form solutions (e.g. Nintex Obzervr low-code/no-code platforms).
• Support the global implementation of digital form solutions across Thiess sites.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including solution architecture process flow diagrams and user guides.
• Collaborate with ICT teams process owners and end-users to drive digital transformation
• Provide Level 2/3 support for eForm solutions troubleshooting issues implementing fixes where necessary escalate high impact issues and risks for review and/or action
• Monitor and maintain Nintex workflows to ensure reliability and performance including conduct regular system audits upgrades and enhancements.

About you

• Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Minimun 2 years experience with Ms. Power Apps and service now
• Excellent communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
• Nintex product - on premise Obzevr O365 Cloud and Mobile
• Some experience in SQL databse querying
• Experience in mining industries
