We are seeking a Cloud Engineer Intern who can seamlessly combine technical expertise with business insight to meet our cloud computing needs. This role involves infrastructure design maintenance support and planning as well as evolving our cloud capabilities over time. Youll work on customizing PaaS technologies and platforms to make our business more secure and efficient while continuously developing your own engineering skills.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and implement efficient cloud-based solutions.
Plan design and develop cloud-based applications.
Manage cloud environments in compliance with company security guidelines.
Deploy and debug cloud initiatives throughout the development lifecycle.
Build and design web services in the cloud including RESTful APIs.
Participate in Agile sprints and ceremonies to support rapid iteration and development.
Orchestrate and automate cloud-based platforms across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
Experience as a Cloud Engineer and using Azure Cloud.
Good knowledge of Unix and Bosh CLI.
Experience with end-to-end application development in open-stack technologies running in private public or hybrid datacenter locations.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
Experience with at least one end-to-end enterprise implementation using PaaS preferably AKS.
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate at different management levels.
Knowledge of platform technologies Kubernetes runtime modern software architectures and API-driven development.
