Requirements:
Grade 12 with tertiary qualifications
(eg. / B. Tech process engineering / food technology or technical qualifications
5 Years in a similar role
Computer literacy
Willing to work irregular hours

Background in fruit packing (citrus and/or table grapes)
Background in fruit packhouse
Production focus and technical aptitude
Management potential
Planning organizational and communicational skills
Responsibilities:
Packing planning and scheduling
Ensuring optimal pack-out percentages
Quality control and food safety
Team building motivation and management
Time and production management
