Our client is a premier hospitality and entertainment destination in Regina SK redefining the guest experience in Western Canada. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing multi-venue operation at a pivotal stage. The Director of Operations will play a defining role in shaping strategy scaling performance and leading diverse teams across an ambitious and dynamic hospitality complex. For a seasoned operations leader this role offers meaningful impact and visibility.

*Relocation to Regina Saskatchewan is required*

Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Operations you will be responsible for overall venue leadership financial performance guest experience safety and brand execution across all dining and entertainment outlets within a multi-venue complex. This includes a live music venue fine-dining restaurant high-volume sports bar speakeasy and a premium wine and spirits bar.

You will lead cross-departmental strategy overseeing leaders in Food & Beverage Entertainment Sales Marketing Guest Experience and Culinary while ensuring alignment with ownership and brand standards. This role drives operational excellence revenue growth and team development across all business units.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Operational & Financial Leadership

  • Own full P&L accountability across all venues events and revenue streams
  • Translate financial insights into actionable operational strategies that drive profitability and sustainability

Cross-Functional Management

  • Lead and align department heads across hospitality entertainment and commercial functions
  • Implement systems tools and processes that improve efficiency communication and scalability

People Culture & Guest Experience

  • Build high-performing leadership teams and cultivate a strong service-driven culture
  • Champion guest experience excellence while ensuring brand consistency and safety standards

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

Post-secondary education in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required
10 years of progressive leadership experience in complex hospitality or entertainment operations

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in financial reporting budgeting forecasting and operational analytics
Experience with POS systems scheduling software inventory management tools and event management platforms is an asset

Key Competencies:

Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
A strategic hands-on mindset with the ability to balance vision and execution in fast-paced environments
