The Automotive Quality / Manufacturing Sorter supports quality inspection and material handling activities while ensuring all parts meet customer specifications. The role requires strong attention to detail precise measurement skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately while working collaboratively with team members.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellentattention to detail
- Experience usingprecision measuring instruments includingdigital and manual calipersandmicrometers
- Ability to performcycle time measurementsusingtime-study tools
- Strongquality inspection and documentation skillson a daily basis
- Ability tofollow work instructions clearlyand work collaboratively
- Ability tostand and walk for extended periods
- Ability tolift 2550 poundsas required
- Validdrivers licenseand reliable personal transportation
- Mustpass an assessment during the interview processto be selected for the role
- Inspect sort and verify parts according to customer quality standards
- Useprecision measurement toolsto verify dimensions and tolerances
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain digital or physical records
- Follow all work instructions carefully and communicate issues to team leads
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily quality and production objectives
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain organized work areas
- Prior experience inautomotive manufacturing or quality inspection
- Familiarity withIATF/ISO quality standards
- Basic knowledge ofmaterial handling and inventory management
