Join a high-growth startup building AI-powered digital tools for critical physical industries like energy and logistics. As a Talent Partner you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for elite engineering talent. Youll partner with leadership to scale a world-class team designing strategies to attract specialists in Python Go Rust and AI.

What you will do:

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies for niche technical roles across Python Go Rust and TypeScript to stay ahead of hiring demand.

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience from initial outreach to offer acting as the face of employer brand.

• Serve as a strategic advisor to engineering leadership providing data-driven market insights and defining technical role profiles for AI and platform specialists.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 6 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 4 years focused specifically on technical or engineering hiring.

• Demonstrates a proven track record of scaling venture-backed startups from Seed to Series B taking full ownership of technical growth.

• Possesses deep technical sourcing expertise including Boolean fluency and the ability to engage high-signal talent through creative storytelling and outreach.
