As an Operations Generalist you will be the backbone of a high-growth fintech team managing both customer support and internal workflows. You will build support functions from scratch handle incident responses for financial transactions and optimize internal tools. This is a whatever it takes role designed for a versatile problem-solver.

What you will do:

• Establish and lead the customer support function including tool selection automation and team hiring

• Serve as first responder for incident management coordinating with banking partners and engineering for rapid recovery

The ideal candidate:

• 3 years of experience in fast-paced environments like fintech crypto or scaling operations

• A true generalist comfortable with process creation partner management and team leadership
